Snappy Valley Foods is a partnership between SnappyDog Foods and Croix Valley Foods. Snappy Dog, producers of hand-crafted salsas, chili mixes, Tex-mex foods and more, was established in 2008 by owner Dave Merten. SnappyDog’s product line can be found in hundreds of stores throughout the Midwest and is constantly expanding into new markets. Croix Valley Foods, producers of award-winning steak and barbecue sauces, marinades, dry rubs and Bloody Mary seasonings, was established in 2009 by owner Damon Holter. Croix Valley’s products are found at hundreds of retailers throughout the country and have gained national recognition with dozens of high profile awards.Snappy Valley Foods was established in 2012 as a commercial production facility to house the continued growth of the two companies and expand co-packing services to an already established base of clients.
