My wife gave me Orion Cooker™ for Christmas, but only this week did I get around to testing it. I’ve used it four times now, in 60 & 70 degree weather. The turkey was flavorful and very moist, and the ribs (both baby back and spare ribs) were fantastic – much better than any I’ve ever cooked before. And the cooking times listed in the Orion Cooker Manual & Cook Book” were accurate for my weather conditions (note: it’ll be interesting to see how long it takes to cook a turkey at Thanksgiving when the temperature will be around 40 degrees).

The Orion Cooker includes 3 rib hangers to accommodate 6 racks of ribs, 3 cooking grates providing 398 square inches of cooking surface, and a poultry stand and lifting handle which holds a 24 pound Turkey.
