Onsite Judging for Whole Hog and Shoulder

The onsite Judging for whole hog and shoulder only ears you a possible 5 points toward your over all National Standings it doesn’t play into contest results.

7 turn ins starting at 10am every 30 minutes. You only have to do 3 if you do more only top 3 will be used for contest score.

No correction for the number of Teams. We expect 100 teams at every contest.

All schools are still valid. If you cook the 4 categories you have as good a chance of winning as someone who cooks, whole hog, shoulder, and ribs. Cook Butts, Ribs and Pork Loin.

Judges can judge 7 categories, don’t eat breakfast and lunch judge the contest.

Judges will we quarantined at the contest. After Friday morning Teams will be asked to only drink in there trailers no alcohol outside the trailer. After the last turn in drink all you want.

Thursday will be set up a contest as party night come in early there is no quiet time till Friday at 8am. This is a sports league. Violations in the rules will results in disqualification of Judges, Teams, Event Marshals, anyone can disqualified at for that contest.

Camera have to be set up in every judging room and recorded. Every Turn in Location. Referees, at the National Office, and at the contest have to monitor the Judging Rooms and Turn In Locations at all times.

Every score card has to be scanned into the contest results when you hit a teams name there score cards will come up for every category entered.  Teams are welcome to copy there score cards for any and all events entered.

Any contest sanctioned by NBL will be a flat fee of $2300.00. $300 of that fee will always got back to the State Sanctioning Body. If in Florida, The FBA, Georgia GBA, Tennessee TBA ect. We want to help the state sanctioning bodies as a minor league.
