Yadkin River Smokers came out with a BBQ Sauce about a year ago. Its a Vinegar Base Memphis BBQ Network sauce used in those contest. It has a vinegar back ground through out. My son said he felt like it was a little sweet for a vinegar sauce that made it stand out.
Its thinner than a Sweet Tomato base but a lot thicker than straight runny vinegar base sauces. It adds a punch to pork, and chicken as it is advertised on the bottle.
It has a little pepper back ground but it is suggested to add more Cheyenne Pepper for more kick.

I poured some out of the bottle into a pan and heated it as I put the Cheyenne Pepper in it and it was marvelous. I gave a little punch to the front of your mouth! Its out just give them a call!
