Smokin on the Pecos was a well run event featuring Gas Grills, Candidates for Office, BBQ Venders, Mexican BBQ Teams, Texas BBQ Team, New Mexico BBQ Teams, and Black Betty!
Black Betty was a BBQ Grill that had a 10 foot electric lid, music, water hose, disc cooker, party on one side and party on the other. It was an automatic party!
Henry’s Barbecue the BBQ Restaurant in town had a team. The Artesian High School Football Team is like an NFL Team anywhere else. The Highlight of the City!
BBQSuperStars had a great time interviewing Lynn Anderson, we had a great time eating Green Chili’s on everything.
Johnny Trigg of Smoking Triggers won Grand and Butcher BBQ won reserve. There were some new teams we discovered like Mad Maxx.
