What does it take to Cook a Boston Butt?
- You have to trim it
- Inject it
- Rub it
- Cook it without foil
- Take it off Rub it
- Foil it
- Put marinade into the foil
- Put it back onto the cooker
- Cook it till its done (Hardest thing)
- process it, put extra rub on it
Boston Butts eat a lot of Seasoning, you will not be able to taste the seasoning if you don’t put a lot on there. Some people use Oak then when they put it on the second time they use Apple, Pecan, Peach, and Cherry. Its tuff to flavor so use large quantities.
