What does it take to Cook Ribs?

  • Trim the Ribs
  • Put Mustard on them (MBN)
  • Rub the Ribs
  • Wrap them in plastic for several hours
  • Unwrap rub again put on the cooker
  • Take them off the cooker wrap in Foil
  • Put Liquid marinade in the Foil
  • Unwrap put sauce on the ribs
  • Put back on the cooker
  • Take off the cooker glaze
  • put back on
  • Eat them up

Ribs are a touchy thing.  Cook to much real quick. You have to practice a lot to get them right then after you get them right you have to handle them right in order to get a good looking result. The meat on ribs is thin and cooks fast, it can burn or not get done. That is where practice comes in. Anyone can go through this process and do each step. can you tell if a rack of ribs is done.
