Its a little Hotter, Green Chili’s were the catch phrase of the day at Henry’s BBQ. The land is dry and arid but there are heavy watering systems that make it workable anyway. Irrigation systems that are a mile long.
They water in a circle so the crops are in a circle. All this heat makes for strong peppers, and Chili’s. No wonder the cuisine is laced with them.
Tomorrow we are setting out to cover a BBQ Competition in the Center of the Desert. I hope I can stand up to the heat!!
