Working with the Academy of County Music Awards and Dick Clark Productions we cooked 36,000 samples of BBQ on Lang Smokers, using SmithField Meat. we also put Kraft Bulls Eye BBQ sauce on them with the creator from craft on hand. We distributed the samples down The Fremont Street experience while Ronnie Dunn formerly of Brooks and Dunn did a concert along with many other big Country Music Singers through out the 4 days!!
We met Steve Overlay and Carlos from Memphis Championship BBQ two of Mike Mills Finest cooks and have stayed friends every since they portioned out the 36,000 samples and got it ready for the volunteers to carry them out on Fremont Street!
